Ranks

Evermore has a requirement that members are active in order to maintain membership with the guild. Members are discharged after 90 days of inactivity. The only exception are members who have specifically asked for AFK rank status.

If you have qualified for a promotion, but have not received it, let one of the officers know please!

Guild Manager

The Guild Manager is responsible for Free Company growth and providing an environment where all members feel welcome, heard, and included. The Guild Manager is expected to be a present and active player of the game. The Guild Manager owns the house and has access to the guild funds.

Council

Council members are expected to engage members, promote Free Company growth, assist with recruiting, and resolve disputes when necessary. The role is intended for Officers to have a larger say in the structure and development of the Free Company. The Council is made up of 4 to 6 active members. To be considered for a Council position, you must be nominated by an existing Council member. If a Council member is inactive for 90 days, they are demoted to Sentinel rank at the discretion of the Guild Manager.

Officer

Officers are responsible for being active participants in the Free Company. This can include but is not limited to greeting members, setting up events, talking on the Discord, ect. Officers are expected to resolve disputes as they occur.Officers assist in managing the FC chest inventory for event prizes and purchases. If an Officer is inactive for 60 days, they are demoted to Sentinel rank at the discretion of the Guild Manager.

Sentinel

This rank is for previous Free Company Officers and Evermore community leaders. Sentinels have access to Free Company buffs as well as the workshop.These members are trusted by the free company Officer team to help out and assist when they can.

Omnicrafter

To earn the Omnicrafter rank, one needs to meet the following criteria. Maximum level for all crafting and gathering classes. Maximum level for one tank, one healer, and one DPS. Omnicrafters have access to the workshop bench and are able to create projects.

Hero	In order to earn the Hero rank a Free Company member is required to have at least one tank, healer, and one DPS class at maximum level. This rank does not have any additional perks beyond the title.

Adventurer

This rank is the base starting rank for a Free Company member. This rank will give access to the chocobo stables, Free Company invitations, and the Free Company Chest.
